What a wonderful event put on by the Mills Pond PTA Monday night at Barnes & Noble in Lake Grove.
As part of the school’s PARP program to promote reading, several teachers from Mills Pond Elementary School read to students in the store!
Afterwards, the students, families and teachers had dinner at California Pizza Kitchen, with a portion of the sales donated to the school PTA.
Thank you to Principal Irene Westrack and teachers Jane Chalifoux, Pragna Patel, Lesley McGovern, Kristin Quail, Corinne Gorniok, Heather Stonehill, Marisa Bohmke, Kristi Hoenes, Stephanie Messana, Annette Lopez, Jess Nawrath, Mary Connors and Kim Passamonte for their participation!
