Mark Secaur, Ed.D. is the Superintendent of Schools for Smithtown Central School District. Prior to his tenure in Smithtown Schools, Dr. Secaur was the Deputy Superintendent for the Hewlett-Woodmere School District and Principal of Oceanside High School.
