It is expected that the Board will move immediately into Executive Session at 5:00pm in accordance with Open Meetings Law 105(1).  The Special  Meeting will Reconvene at 5:30pm.

The Board will conduct business regarding:

 Personnel- Certified
A. Certified-Request for a LOA Without Pay
B. Certified-Appointment of Leave Replacement Administrator
C. Certified-Appointment of Probationary Administrator
D. Certified-Notice of Resignations

 Recommendations of the Superintendent of Schools
A. Memorandum of Agreement between Smithtown Central School District and the Smithtown Schools Administrators' Association
B. Memorandum of Agreement by and between Smithtown Central School District and Smithtown Teachers' Association
