It is expected that the Board will move immediately into Executive Session at 4:30pm for the  in accordance with Open Meetings Law 105(1) for the purpose of seeking legal advice from the Board's Attorney, with the understanding that the Board does not intend to return for any action in public session in the aftermath of the Executive Session.
