Poetry for the soul at SEL

Darren Sardelli, a Smithtown native, author and poet, spoke to students at Smithtown Elementary this Thursday.
Mr. Sardelli shared his experiences with writing poetry, the writing process, and publishing.
He even shared some of his books and fun poems with our students!
What a great way to head into summer focusing on a love of reading and writing!
