Congratulations to the Great Hollow Middle School kickline team for earning the Smithtown Booster Club's Winter Scholar Athlete award!
The team, which had two first place wins in high kick during competition season, had a cumulative GPA of 4.08!
Head coach Coach Lisa Cangro says the girls are "hard-working, dedicated, and every time I would say do it again they would do it because the work pays off.”
SCSD Superintendent Dr. Mark Secaur, along with Principal John Scomillio, Assistant Principal Peter Russo, Assistant Principal Peter Russo, Assistant Principal John Macaluso, and Booster Club President Dave Miller were on hand this morning to congratulate the team.
