Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade reading groups at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School got into the Halloween spirit by writing their own spooky stories!
Mrs. Esposito and Mrs. Zlochower's students each created their own story, complete with an original character, eerie setting, tricky problem, and clever solution.
After drafting and revising their stories, students gathered around a “campfire” in the classroom, flashlight in hand, to share their spooky creations with classmates. Great job!
