Individual student musicians were also recognized for their exceptional talent:

Beyond the awards, students enjoyed a memorable day filled with music, teamwork, camaraderie, and fun at Six Flags Great Adventure.
Senior Cordelia Comando shared, “I loved how we were able to perform in multiple groups. The highlight of the trip was how all the groups supported each other.”
Junior Bohdan Budash added, “Having opportunities to attend music competitions with my ensembles always brings me joy. Not only does it showcase our music program here at Smithtown High School West, but it fosters many memories that will be remembered for a lifetime.”
Congratulations to all of our talented student musicians and directors for representing Smithtown with excellence both on and off the stage!
