Victory tastes sweet!

Mrs. Grebosz and Mrs. Smith’s Baking 1 classes at High School East recently took part in the beloved tradition of Cupcake Wars. Each student group was challenged to design a cupcake, frosting, and display that reflected their class theme—Mrs. Grebosz’s class featured a Sports theme, while Mrs. Smith’s class highlighted an Animal theme. Staff members served as judges as students showcased their creativity, presentation skills, and baking talents.

In the Animal Theme category, “Woodland Wonderland” earned 1st place with their rich chocolate cupcake featuring a cinnamon burst, filled with homemade caramel sauce and topped with maple buttercream.

In the Sports Theme category, “Touchdown Temptations” took 1st place with their vanilla cupcakes, caramel mousse filling, and cookie butter buttercream.

A delicious display of creativity all around!
