Kindergarten students at Accompsett Elementary, and especially students of Mrs. Negus, received a very special visit this week - Mr. Negus!
Mr. William Negus is an investigator for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office and recently retired Lieutenant Commander for the Queens District Attorney’s office for the NYPD.
He read two books to the students – “Never Talk to Strangers” and “A Day with Police Officers.”
Besides receiving some great advice, the students also left with some detective goody bags, completed with a shield, pencils and an notepad.
