Standards of excellence

The Smithtown Central School District is proud to announce that several graduating seniors have been recognized with the prestigious New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence, honoring their outstanding academic achievements and dedication to success throughout their high school careers.

The New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence program provides scholarship assistance to exceptional New York State high school graduates pursuing higher education. Scholarships are awarded based on student grades and certain Regents examination scores.

The Smithtown Central School District congratulates the following scholarship recipients and wishes them continued success as they begin the next chapter of their educational journeys.

High School West: Jacob Bergman, Brody Meier, Austin Read, Ishaanth Reddy Guduru, Kristin McGuire, James Flynn, Madison May and Faryall Haq
