Smithtown High School students mean business!

Smithtown High School East & West’s Virtual Enterprise firms AutoEase and Sleepright (HSE), along with Elevate Performance and ImmersiFIT (HSW) recently took their talents on the road to the Lynbrook High School VE Trade Show. Our young entrepreneurs joined more than 1,000 students representing over 70 student-run businesses from 45 school districts across Long Island.

Categories including Best Booth, Professionalism, Firm Spirit, Sales Materials, Impact Marketing, and Social Media. Sleepright earned Gold in Booth Design and Sales Pitch, while AutoEase took home Silver in Booth Design!

Throughout the day, students showcased their innovative products and services, engaged in live trading with fellow VE firms, and sharpened real-world skills in marketing, sales, and professional networking. Their interactive booths and creative promotions drew strong interest as teams competed for funding to support their simulated business ventures.

This experience provided Smithtown’s young entrepreneurs with valuable, hands-on exposure to the competitive business environment, further strengthening their skills in communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
