Real Estate and Business students combine forces

Smithtown High School East Mrs. Kelly's College Introduction to Real Estate students officially hosted their capstone Open House event, welcoming Mr. Hennings' Wall Street class to evaluate their incredible, hand-crafted model properties for a new development called Apex Point.

From analyzing regional market strategies to calculating investment metrics, our students pitched their residential designs like true industry professionals. The Wall Street class brought their sharp financial eyes to the table, analyzing listing values, examining property features, and simulating real-world negotiations.

This amazing cross-curricular collaboration brought business, finance, and real estate concepts to life right here in the classroom. Incredible work to everyone involved!
