Did you know this coming Sunday is International Dot Day?
International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration.
At St. James Elementary School, each student contributed to
an art mural celebrating International Dot Day.
Organized by art teacher, Jennifer Kapps-Fleming, students designed their dot in any way they wished.
Inspired by the book The Dot, by Peter H Reynolds, the children realized having a "can-do" mindset can take you almost anywhere. These students made their mark, and now they have the whole year to discover where it will lead to.
