Mt. Pleasant students visit Angela's House
Mt. Pleasant Elementary School third grade teachers, Ms. Wilcox, Ms. Carson and their Student Council Members visited Angela's House, a facility that provides home care services and residential services for medically fragile children. Teachers and students toured the house, looking for the perfect place for them to return to donate and plant a vegetable/herb garden in the Spring, for all residents to enjoy.
Back, in December MTP Student Council Members conducted a toy drive for children at Angela's House. They collected over 10 large boxes with approx. 200 toys and gifts for children in need.
As a thank you, members from Angela's house gifted the Teachers and Council Members T-Angela's House shirts!
