"What's the average class size?"
"Are there opportunities for study abroad?"
"What do students enjoy most about the school and the surrounding town?"
These are some of the questions asked by High School East and West students today at the mini-college fair. Representatives from more than 50 colleges and universities visited both High School East and West today, meeting 11th and 12 grade students.
High School East guidance counselor, Patricia Coppola, says she encourages her students to "get in front of someone who could potentially be reading your application and show them that you can make eye contact, hold a conversation and can ask good questions." "Students are interviewing the representatives as much as the students are being interviewed themselves.”
