The Smithtown High School East Math Honor Society held its induction ceremony and math awards this week. 109 new students were inducted, and a total of $4,400 was awarded to deserving seniors for college expenses!
The Honor Society is a chapter of Mu Alpha Theta, the National Mathematics Honor Society, and one of the most active organizations in the district with over 200 members.
