Students from Lauren Hoffman's AP Environmental Science at High School West recently visited the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society’s (AMSEAS) turtle facility, where they learned about the process of rehabilitating cold stunned sea turtles and other stranding response measures.
They also visited the Long Island Aquarium where they explored various types of marine life and habitats.
