MTP students give back

From December 2–17, members of the Mt. Pleasant Elementary Student Council worked together to create posters, decorate donation bins, and encourage their classmates to donate toys to Angela’s House. 

Angela’s House is a local Smithtown charity that supports and assists families with children who have special health care needs and are medically fragile, chronically ill, or living with life-threatening illnesses. The organization helps families access supportive services to improve their children’s quality of life. Each holiday season, the children supported by Angela’s House are able to choose their favorite toys from the donations at the organization’s annual holiday party.
