Letters of Gratitude
November 6, 2026
In honor of Veterans Day next week, High School East and West Leadership students are visiting elementary schools in the SCSD to facilitate a lesson about Veterans Day and engage in a thank-you letter writing activity.
Our high school students asked our young learners what a veteran is and what Veterans Day means. They also asked the students if they had any veterans in their families.
The letters will be delivered to local veterans.
