Kindness Kraze recognized by BOE
The winning group of the Smithtown Central School District's Business Olympics was recognized Tuesday night at the Board of Education meeting.
Kindness Kraze, consisting of Smithtown High School East students Sophia Giglio, Caileigh Harrigan & Tori Geyer were introduced by CTE Director Christine LoFrese.
The students then discussed their winning project, which was an interactive board game all about caring for yourself and others. Their slogan was "It is Cool To Be Kind."
Superintendent Dr. Mark Secaur then presented certificates to the winning team.
