Students in Baking II had the privilege to learn from the best, Smithtown graduate and baker, Amanda Vigliarolo!
Amanda is the owner and head baker at The Whisk Bakery. Amanda did a hands on cake decorating demonstration to prepare the students for their upcoming Event Planning Competition.
Baking II is offered through the CTE Family & Consumer Sciences Deparrtment.
