Help Wanted: MTP Fourth graders bring colonial careers to life!

It’s all about Colonial Times in fourth grade at Mt. Pleasant Elementary.
Students had a great time exploring the many jobs that kept early American communities running—from blacksmiths to printers and beyond. To showcase their learning, they created creative “Help Wanted” signs highlighting the skills and responsibilities of each role.
This hands-on activity brought history to life while encouraging students to think critically about the past. Outstanding work by our young historians!
