Gingerbread houses on the market!
Who says the real estate market slows down during the holidays?
Gingerbread houses were on the market thanks to students in Mrs. Massimo's College Introduction to Real Estate class. Students created their images using Adobe, designed the listing flyers in Canva, built their Gingerbread houses, delivered their sales presentation and finally closed the deal!
This course is offered through the CTE School of Business and can be taken for 3 college credits through LIU Post.
