Mrs. Smith’s Chef’s Choice 2 class at High School East is keeping a delicious tradition alive: welcoming guest chefs to share their favorite recipes and culinary skills!
The first round was a huge hit, featuring Mr. Lauto’s sweet and savory fried plantains, Mrs. Hurski’s crowd-pleasing cheeseburger casserole, and Mr. Russo’s classic homemade meatballs and sauce served over pasta.
Students not only got a taste of these incredible dishes, but also the stories and techniques behind them—and they’re already hungry for what’s coming next!
