Dogwood students learn about Memorial Day

Second graders at Dogwood have been learning about Memorial Day and how it is a special time to remember the brave men and women in the armed forces who have helped keep our country safe. These heroes showed courage and strength to protect our freedom. Students honored them by saying thank you and remembering what they did for us. Their drawings show our gratitude and love for those who served.
