Congratulations, Principal Dolan
Accompsett Middle School students have gotten to know Mr. Brian Dolan over the past two years as an assistant principal. This school year, he will be known as Principal Dolan! Brian replaces Paul McNeil, who is now the principal at High School East.
"I am extremely honored and excited to continue to serve the Smithtown community in my new role," Dolan stated. "We are fortunate to have a remarkable learning community of students, staff, and families that work together to achieve our success. These relationships are what make Accompsett Middle School and Smithtown Central School District a special place. I look forward to building upon the strong tradition of achievement, manners, and spirit that have been established here at AMS."
Prior to coming to the SCSD, Brian served as an assistant principal at Connetquot Central School District. He started his career at Harborfields High School as a social studies teacher, then moved to Oldfield Middle School as a special education teacher.
