The Smithtown High School East Music Honor Society traveled to NYC this week for a unique Broadway experience. Mr. McCoy (chapter advisor), chaperones and students visited Pearl Studios where they worked with actors, a musician and a choreographer to receive a workshop on behind the scenes of Broadway.
After the workshop the group had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and then went to see Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre.
The students said they had one of the best Broadway insights and experience!
