34th annual Business Awards ceremony
The School of Business, which is part of the Career and Technical Education department, recently hosted it’s 34th Annual Business Awards Ceremony.
Mrs. Christine LoFrese, CTE Director, began the night welcoming all the students and their families and thanking the School of Business Teachers for all they do for the students.
High School West Principal Mr. Coady, along with High School East Assistant Principal Mr. Pettis, were also in attendance.
The night included some words of wisdom from 2013 graduates, Thomas Giordano and Tylar Vigliarolo about how they used the skills they learned in the School of Business in College and their careers. Thomas was a HSW graduate and works for Deloitte Digital as an Account Supervisor and Tylar was a HSE graduate and is a Project Manager at American Express.
This night is about recognizing students for their outstanding achievement in their Business classes, as well as honor the Senior officers of DECA and School of Business Honor Society and award 5 Senior Scholarships from HSE & HSW.
