Child Development classes at High School East and West are getting real life experience of caring for a baby!
Each student has the opportunity to take home the Real Care Baby, a computerized baby that simulates caring for a real baby.
The baby needs to be fed, burped, rocked, and have its diaper changed.
The students take the baby home overnight and tracked behaviors include mishandling actions, time in a car seat as well as clothing changes.
This course is part of our CTE Family & Consumer Sciences Department.
