Dogwood Elementary School students have been learning about the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., what he stood for, and how his work still impacts us today.
After learning about his dreams and his hopes for the future, teachers asked their kindergartners to reflect on what dreams they have for themselves, their family, or the world.
Kindergarten teacher MaryEllen Raineri says, “We want them to change the world, to have dreams, and the courage to follow them.”
Have a look at some of the dreams the students shared!
