March is Women's History Month and Accompsett Middle School is highlighting some of the world’s most influential women!
Mina Anwari (Testing Room Tutor) created this bulletin board to commemorate the contributions various women have made to society throughout history. These women have fought tirelessly and courageously for equality, justice, and opportunity in our Nation.
Some of the women featured are the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, disability rights advocate Helen Keller, aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart and Nobel Peace Prize winner Mother Teresa.
The theme for this "Wonderful Women¨ board is women empowerment, which focuses on important powerful women who have impacted our nation in both the past and the present.
