AP capstone presentation at High School West
On Wednesday May 31st, the HS West graduating seniors of AP Research highlighted their year-long independent research study with an overview presentation, speech and graphic poster board display in alignment with College Board standards. As part of the AP Capstone program, the first year AP Seminar students were in attendance to evaluate and critique the research studies. This year's investigations ranged from the impact of bivalves on Long Island's coasts to the healing influence of young adult novels during the Covid-19 lockdown.
