NOTIFICATION OF RETIRED PERSON

Please be advised that Interim Director of Social Studies, Edward Casswell has been approved by the New York State Education Department for employment pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of the Commissioner’s Regulations. Mr. Casswell is providing an invaluable service to the District. He will receive a salary of $750 per diem. Consistent with the applicable law and regulations, Mr. Casswell also has a legal right to continue to receive his pension while employed by the District through June 30, 2021.
