SECTION 211 RETIREMENT WAIVER

Please be advised that Interim Director of Science, Mr. Edward Casswell has been approved by the New York State Education Department for employment pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of the Commissioner’s Regulations. Mr. Casswell will receive a salary of $750 per diem and consistent with the applicable law and regulations, Mr. Casswell also has a legal right to continue to receive her pension while employed by the District through June 30, 2022.

Please be advised that Interim Administrator, Ms. Ingrid Hrvatin has been approved by the New York State Education Department for employment pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of the Commissioner’s Regulations. Ms. Hrvatin will receive a salary of $500 per diem and consistent with the applicable law and regulations, Ms. Hrvatin also has a legal right to continue to receive her pension while employed by the District through June 30, 2022.
