The kindergarten classes at Dogwood Elementary school held a luau Friday for their families. The students welcomed family members into the classroom by giving them a Hawaiian lei. They then sang songs, danced, read and served refreshments! A luau is a Hawaiian feast featuring lively music and cultural performances from Hawaii and greater Polynesia.
