Third through fifth graders at Mt. Pleasant Elementary performed a pair of talent shows on Monday — in the morning for their classmates, then in the afternoon for kindergarteners, first and second graders.

The acts included singers, a ventriloquist, future Whisperettes, dancers, pianists and comedy routines.

Principal Joseph Ierano emceed the performances.

The group will perform on Thursday night at High School West for parents.
