High School East celebrated international cultures in style on Wednesday night.

At Flowerfield Celebrations in St. James, junior and seniors studying a language gathered for International Night.

The evening was highlighted by country-appropriate dance routines from the French, German, Italian and Spanish groups as well as a poem recital from one student studying American Sign Language.

The annual event is sponsored by the World Language Department in conjunction with the honor societies.
