High School East’s Athletes Helping Athletes visited Nesaquake Middle School for a session on making positive life choices.

The high school student-athletes spoke to the middle school students about identifying the real challenges in relation to alcohol, tobacco, vaping and other drugs, while highlighting successful refusal strategies.
