High School West construction II students completed their Adirondack chair project in class in early June. The students worked diligently for the past seven weeks in class each day to create these beautiful pieces of furniture. Each student created their own chair using a variety of wood working tools, machines and skills learned in class. As a reward for their hard work, the class visited the softball field to give the chairs a “trial run” on a beautiful summer day. The chairs will be something the students and their families can enjoy for years to come.
