Students in Sean Tomasello’s class at High School West are learning how to code using a computerized cutting tool called ShopBot. In the computer integrated manufacturing class, the students used Inventor to create a design of their initials. The Inventor program translated their design into code, which then went into a cutting machine that drilled their initials into a piece of wood.
