During their physical education classes, students at Dogwood recently took part in iGame4, a physical fitness gaming program. Led by an iGame4 instructor, who is also certified in physical education, students rotate through various active video game stations, each featuring a 100-inch screen, projector, video game system and an active video game.

Data tracking, collected anonymously during the program, shows that calories burned in a standard iGame4 class session are similar to those burned during more traditional activities like jogging and jump rope.
