Kindergartners at Tackan learned all about bubbles when they were visited by representatives from the Long Island Children’s Museum on March 11. The students learned all about bubbles, what bubbles are made of, what shape they are, the colors they can see in bubbles, the secret to holding a bubble in their hands and how to blow a large bubble. The students were able to experiment with bubbles through three stations – using different objects like hangers, potato mashers, bubble wands, star-shaped objects and whisks to blow bubbles; creating bubble paintings; and using bubble pumps to create a tower of bubbles.
